Jan. 10, 2009

Transcript taken by Cat Galileo

[10:17]  Solomon Cortes: Hi everyone. Let's start.
[10:17]  Solomon Cortes: Thank you for joining us today.
[10:17]  Solomon Cortes: And happy new year!
[10:17]  Cat Galileo: and to you too
[10:17]  Ida Recreant: s
[10:17]  Ida Recreant: Same to you!
[10:18]  Solomon Cortes: I hope 2009 is peaceful, happy and successful for all of you
[10:18]  Solomon Cortes: (And not quite as challenging as the media tells us it's going to be)
[10:19]  Solomon Cortes: ; o )
[10:19]  Solomon Cortes: As you probably know, this is a public meeting and we do take a transcript of it.
[10:19]  Solomon Cortes: The transcript will be made available on our website after the meeting.
[10:20]  Solomon Cortes: So - turning to the agenda, our first item is credentialing.
[10:20]  Solomon Cortes: At the last meeting, we reported that we had one more job to do.
[10:21]  Solomon Cortes: This was to draft the document that publicly explained to interested attorneys (and the public) what the scheme involves - and what it does / does not mean if you have been credential checked.
[10:21]  Solomon Cortes: I'm delighted to say that we have now completed that document.
[10:22]  Solomon Cortes: This means we are in a position to offer the credential check service to our attorney members.
[10:22]  Wendell Holmer: /ao off
[10:22]  Solomon Cortes: I'd like to ask Geri if, after the meeting, she and Cat could work on putting up the credential check document here in our premises, and set up the payment box.
[10:23]  Solomon Cortes: As this is quite a momentous event, I wonder if we should also work on a press release for SL focused publications!?
[10:23]  Jai Baxter smiles - congrats on getting to that step. I know this has been long wished by some.
[10:24]  Solomon Cortes: If anyone would like to see the credential check description document, before it goes up, I'm going to put it in a note card now and give it to Cat, so she can let you have a copy.
[10:24]  Solomon Cortes gave you New Note.
[10:25]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks Jai.
[10:25]  Jamie Palisades: raises hand - can I get one?  (the draft)
[10:25]  Jamie Palisades accepted your inventory offer.
[10:25]  Lexis Looming: Sol I don't hink Geri heard you ask her to set up the paymnent box because she was out in the lobby setting up the payment box lol
[10:25]  Cat Galileo: sure. does anyone else want one?
[10:25]  Solomon Cortes: Cat, we also need to put this info up on the website, and set up a list of credential checked avatars on the site - would you be able to implement this please?
[10:25]  Captain Netizen: yes please
[10:26]  Cat Galileo: yes
[10:26]  Geri Kuhn: No, I didn't hear that but it is set up now.
[10:26]  Lexis Looming: The form is already in the forums
[10:26]  Captain Netizen accepted your inventory offer.
[10:27]  Jamie Palisades: ah ha - maybe I should ask just for a URI, if the whole password thing is being friendly this week :)
[10:27]  Sam4 Courtois: yes please
[10:27]  Solomon Cortes: I hope everyone's happy with the description, and the new service. Please do let us all have any feedback or comments that occur to you. In the first instance, these shouldprobably go to me and Lexis, who has been key to developing this service. Thanks again Lexis, and to everyone else who has helpwed with it - there's been quite a team!
[10:27]  Solomon Cortes: *helped
[10:27]  Solomon Cortes: Turning to item 2 - premises
[10:28]  Lexis Looming: Yes many people worked hard to get us to this point today
[10:28]  Solomon Cortes: Ben Noble recently heard that the owner of these premises was no longer intending to keep making his tier payments.
[10:29]  Jamie Palisades: hmm.
[10:29]  Solomon Cortes: This means that we either need to find a way to fund the tier (and presumably do some subletting) or find someone else who will do this, from whom we can sublet, or find alternative premises.
[10:29]  Jai Baxter nudges Jamie. Solomon, too early to disvuss alternatives?
[10:30]  Solomon Cortes: Thankfully, in case we need to move, we have also discussed a couple of alternatives.
[10:30]  Solomon Cortes: Ida may be able to get us some space on her university's island.
[10:30]  Jai Baxter: also -- er, lots of unised space here - any handle on real requirements?
[10:30]  Solomon Cortes: I may be able to get us some space on the island where my firm has its offices, or we may be able to use Cat's library space (which happens to be on the same island).
[10:31]  Solomon Cortes: Of course, if anyone else has any suggestions, please let us know.
[10:31]  Jamie Palisades: Is that the chamber-of-commerce type place? where FFW was originally?
[10:31]  Solomon Cortes: We thought it might make sense to get a small group together asap to consider our alterniatives, and find us the best solution.
[10:31]  Cat Galileo: I'm assuming my library in this building will have to go too, or I'd just offer the 2d floor of this building :)
[10:31]  Jamie Palisades: Count me in please.
[10:32]  Solomon Cortes: Hi Jamie - we've only ever been in one place, on the Depo Business Hub.
[10:32]  Jamie Palisades: right :) what I meant
[10:32]  Cat Queler: ... easy for me to volunteer since i haven't done any of this... but that chamber idea... what if the meeting were hosted each month by a member in their space?
[10:32]  Solomon Cortes: (By we, I mean FFW)
[10:32]  Jamie Palisades: I thought Cat was on Info Island though, smile, shrug
[10:32]  Cat Galileo: i have 4 branches
[10:32]  Jai Baxter: haha wooooo
[10:33]  Jai Baxter: you hotdog :D
[10:33]  Cat Galileo: meh
[10:33]  Legal Writer: I had told Solomon before the meeting that my law firm would be willing to help pay for this space, if the Committee decides to stay here.
[10:33]  Jai Baxter: won't work if it's abandoned, though
[10:33]  Legal Writer: Can we take over the entire building?
[10:34]  Lexis Looming: Sounds like we would have to take over the entire sim not just the building for the tier that was quoted
[10:34]  Solomon Cortes: Sorry Legal - I meant to mention that, too. And thank you for your kind offer.
[10:34]  Cat Galileo: maybe we can talk $, I think Ben said tier for the building is $184 / month (US)
[10:34]  Jamie Palisades: well, not to be presumptuous. But :) I can suggets another option too.  May not be the time to mention it though.
[10:34]  Lexis Looming: $195USD I think
[10:34]  Solomon Cortes: That's right, I think Cat - or at least in that region. We can't fund that through annual dues, though, not at the moment at least.
[10:34]  Jamie Palisades: and I'm thinking free not paid.  Not sure this assn needs to get rental space.
[10:34]  Solomon Cortes: Perhaps when the credential service takes off...!
[10:34]  Jamie Palisades: heh
[10:35]  Jamie Palisades: although
[10:35]  Jamie Palisades: actually
[10:35]  Jamie Palisades: HQ or no HQ
[10:35]  Jamie Palisades: I physical office space is good
[10:35]  Jamie Palisades: for pR etc
[10:35]  Jamie Palisades: still
[10:35]  Cat Galileo: yes sorry typo on the amnt
[10:35]  Cat Galileo: tier of $195 is on the whole complex - we would actually need a much smaller area for the SLBA if we were to go that route
[10:35]  Jamie Palisades: Cat's comment about rotating meeting venues has some merit for sheer exposure reasons
[10:36]  Legal Writer: Still, it's nice to have a single HQ
[10:36]  Solomon Cortes: Maybe it would make sense for Geri plus any other volunteers to take a look at our options and come up with a solution?
[10:36]  Jamie Palisades: why NOT meet at the FFW conf room one month, Swedish embassy the next?
[10:36]  Ida Recreant: Jamie interesting idea; coupled with having a set office space for PR
[10:36]  Solomon Cortes: Yes, Cat Q - that is a good thought. Though I just wonder whether if we change every month, if we might lose some people...
[10:36]  Legal Writer: It's nice to have a regular meeting place so people know where it is each month.
[10:37]  Legal Writer: And there's no confusion.
[10:37]  Lexis Looming: only one LM to save in inventory
[10:37]  Solomon Cortes: Legal, as you'll be taking over from me from next month, maybe you and Geri plus any volunteers should run with this...?
[10:37]  Jamie Palisades: but yes, a localized permanent HQ has other virtues.  Geri, please in any case put me on your rental-ideas-kvetching team?
[10:37]  Legal Writer: Yes.
[10:37]  Geri Kuhn: Sure
[10:38]  Cat Galileo: i put an action item down for you guys to form a subcommittee :D
[10:38]  Jai Baxter: hah. solution team not kvetching team,
[10:38]  Geri Kuhn grins at Jai. Right.
[10:38]  Jamie Palisades: grins,
[10:38]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks. Legal - Geri: I'm not sure if Ben mentioned a deadline (though he did also kindly say he'd cover at least a month personally, if necessary, I think, to give us the breathing space we need.
[10:38]  Solomon Cortes: Do you know?
[10:39]  Lexis Looming: He said he was inquiring aboiut a final drop dead date
[10:39]  Legal Writer: I am willing to pay for a second month to give us more time, if that is necessary.
[10:39]  Geri Kuhn: I don't know of the deadline but he did say he would pay for a month.
[10:39]  Jai Baxter: hat to see someone shell out $US195
[10:39]  Jai Baxter: um, folks?
[10:39]  Geri Kuhn: Yes, a very generous offer.
[10:39]  Jai Baxter: since lindens and Beathan have no duty of advance notice to you ...
[10:40]  Solomon Cortes: Alright, well, Legal, Geri, Jamie - can I leave it to you to take forwards with any volunteers? we should move on...
[10:40]  Jai Baxter: :) maybe someone should make a prophylatic copy of the info-bearing stuff, soonest?
[10:40]  Legal Writer: Yes
[10:40]  Cat Galileo: info bearing stuff?
[10:40]  Solomon Cortes: Neat idea, Jai. Cat, can you do that?
[10:40]  Cat Galileo: most of it should be on the forums or website, which do you mean?
[10:40]  Jai Baxter: sorry if that's overobvious but hey - if he's defaulting it could be today at noon :D
[10:40]  Jai Baxter: (heh - former workout lawyer)
[10:41]  Cat Galileo: (librarian, back up copies of everything)
[10:41]  Solomon Cortes: Alright...item 3!
[10:41]  Solomon Cortes: Apeaker series.
[10:41]  Solomon Cortes: *Speaker
[10:41]  Jai Baxter: dunnp, cat just look around here, ignore furrniture, grab one copy of evertythign scipted or with notecards that you care about :D
[10:42]  Solomon Cortes: Geri - I saw some traffic recently, but haven't caught up properly with you about the next seminar series. Do you have any update for us please?
[10:42]  Geri Kuhn: Well yes, tentatively
[10:43]  Geri Kuhn: Carol Langford, a lawyer in Calfiornia who speciailizes in representing lawyers will give a presentation
[10:43]  Cat Galileo: We had an offer from Ben and from Solomon but no dates set
[10:43]  Geri Kuhn: It will be on substance abuse or ethics, something which will allow us to meet our CLE requirements.
[10:43]  Cat Galileo: if you still are willing
[10:43]  Geri Kuhn: It will be sometime in February. No date set yet.
[10:44]  Geri Kuhn: Cat sent out a a survery to all members to see what times are good for people.
[10:44]  Geri Kuhn: So we would like to analyze the results and then set a date.
[10:45]  Cat Galileo: so far it looks like weekday evenings, saturday morning and afternoon are most popular, results all over the map tho. 36 respondants
[10:46]  Cat Galileo: if you haven't taken survey yet and would like to, http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=yo1CP0h6swpxKjZidg_2fsGA_3d_3d
[10:47]  Lexis Looming: make that 37 Cat
[10:47]  Geri Kuhn smiles.
[10:47]  Geri Kuhn: So we will set a date and then announce it. That's where we are.
[10:47]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks Geri. If you haven't filled in the survey yet, please do!
[10:47]  Solomon Cortes: (Note to self - fill in survey after this meeting)....
[10:48]  Solomon Cortes: Geri - anything else you wanted to add?
[10:48]  Geri Kuhn: No, thanks.
[10:48]  Solomon Cortes: I guess also, if there are any other speaker volunteers, they should let you know!
[10:48]  Geri Kuhn: Yes, Cat or me - would be great.
[10:49]  Solomon Cortes: Alright, thanks again Geri and Cat for your hard work with developing the series.
[10:49]  Solomon Cortes: So, now for item 4 and the proposed careers fair.
[10:49]  Solomon Cortes: In light of the economic downturn, I’ve held off on this a little. I spoke last week with Ben Noble, who is soon to take up a position at a law firm that he thinks would be keen to be involved. I guess he and I and Zoom are now at the point where it would be useful for any of our law firm / legal recruitment members to let us know if they would be keen to participate in a fair in September / October this year.
[10:49]  Solomon Cortes: It would be good to know from anyone here today if they have any thoughts / interest in being involved and helping to make this happen. Or if we should postpone?
[10:50]  Ida Recreant: This could be billed as a low-cost way to recruitr.
[10:50]  Ida Recreant: *recruit
[10:51]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks Ida. I agree. (Though I expect quite a few firms may just not be planning on doing much recruitment at all - inexpensively or otherwise).
[10:51]  Solomon Cortes: Any other thoughs?
[10:52]  Jai Baxter smiles a bit. tuogh economy for firms to know what hey are doing, However ... Legal oh captain my captain ... I know that bot the SciotTech section and its older cousin the Cyberspace committee over in Business Law have substyantial ABA recruiting and webie-lawyer-hookup activities. Heh or did a few years ago when I was a regular. Any way for us to leverage those?
[10:52]  Solomon Cortes: If not, does silence mean that maybe this is not the best time to be working on a careers fair?
[10:52]  Lexis Looming: maybe bankruptcy and workout firms are gearing up
[10:52]  Jai Baxter: *newbie-lawyer :D
[10:52]  Lexis Looming: my bankruptcy practice is booming
[10:52]  Jai Baxter: or in a few words, how 'bout that ABA connection?
[10:53]  Geri Kuhn: I should switch to that field.
[10:53]  Captain Netizen: well it might depend what kinds of jobs or work you are talking about
[10:53]  Captain Netizen: if the fair is aimed at SL users
[10:53]  Captain Netizen: that demographic group may not include a lot of aspiring 1st year lawyers
[10:53]  Cat Galileo: i like the idea of a job fair but if it is a bad time, we should direct our collective energy elsewher
[10:54]  Ida Recreant: (good point solomon) Maybe encourage "lookers" or the ABA connection
[10:54]  Solomon Cortes: I think the idea was to aim it as users AND to get some more universities and employers involved.
[10:54]  Captain Netizen: i think if you cast the net as widely as possible
[10:54]  Captain Netizen: in terms of types of work
[10:54]  Captain Netizen: then the fair might be a good idea
[10:55]  Cat Galileo: like including alternatives, such as law librairanship >)
[10:55]  Jai Baxter: Responding to Captain N here, when I was a law student, having some lawyers come in and just TALK about what THEIR practice was really like, downturns and all, was very valuable, THAT we can do
[10:55]  Cat Galileo: agree with Jai on that
[10:55]  Solomon Cortes: Are any of you at firms or other potential participants that you know / think would be interested? If you are, but don't know what level of interest there might be, could you ask internally, please, and let us kniow?
[10:56]  Solomon Cortes: Again - another good point, Jai.
[10:57]  Solomon Cortes: Ida - are you connected to the law student community generally, beyond your own school? Would you be able to help us get some leading universities involved/
[10:57]  Solomon Cortes: ?
[10:57]  Cat Galileo: I can contact a batch of law school librarians
[10:57]  Ida Recreant: Not really . . I teach in an undergraduate University, not at a law school.
[10:58]  Cat Galileo: maybe my old firm, which has a games practice now in its IP group
[10:58]  Jamie Palisades: hmm.  one Q.  And forgive the bad typing please. Are we best staying with internet-related fields, on the theory that more IP types will be in SL?  Or do I get my big firm litigator buddy or etc,. in here to talk about the prospects for THAT, on the theory that the distribution of interests among law student prospects here is even across specialties?
[10:59]  Cat Galileo: i'm not sure if this is relevant, but 81% of respondents in my survey are interested in general topics as well as VW topics
[10:59]  Solomon Cortes: Alright - well it sounds like there's a level of interest, but not that we are necessarily yet in a position to know if we have a good enough network of contacts who could really drive participation. I guess I should pick up with Ben and Zoom.
[10:59]  Jai Baxter grins - pretty close to a monster sized RE practice chairman - actuallyl i think that IS relevant Cat
[11:00]  Solomon Cortes: Legal - as this would be happening during your term, do you have any particular thoughts?
[11:00]  Jai Baxter: what the heck, a big "career day" panel here might be a seris of whats-it-really-like presentations. let actualu interview/posting issues come as a second stage maybe
[11:00]  Jai Baxter: oops, sorry :)
[11:00]  Legal Writer: I would like to see a variety of participation as well. RE would be great.
[11:00]  Legal Writer: I don't think we should limit to IP types.
[11:00]  Ida Recreant: Legal I agree;
[11:01]  Lexis Looming: I have read that Lindens are working on processes to shorten the orientation process and get new avatars where they are going directly. If the job fair was promoted in rl as well as sl it could be very broad and not limited to current sl users
[11:01]  Solomon Cortes: Agreed. And you're generally in favour of us putting in a little more effort to see if we can get this off the ground, despite the downturn?
[11:01]  Cat Galileo: RE might have some good input :D at some point real property laws may have to be wrenched around to address "virtual real property"... if that isn't a self-cancelling title
[11:01]  Jai Baxter: yeah - sort of "where else are you goign to hear a collection of interesting midcareer speakers from 10 time zones in one room" pitch :)
[11:02]  Jai Baxter: aiiiii Cat :D smells like a journal article heh heh
[11:02]  Legal Writer: It might also help to involve our bar association contacts to see if we can involve them and their firms. That may help to increase critical mass.
[11:02]  Cat Galileo: I can take a lead on a subcommittee on this if you like, as communiations vp sort of in my bailiwick
[11:02]  Ida Recreant: And in addition to librarians (Cat :-)) we could also talk about teaching
[11:02]  Captain Netizen: Oh one idea - you could coordinate the fair in SL with a RL event
[11:02]  Captain Netizen: i have seen that done
[11:03]  Captain Netizen: a virtual world event occurring withing the context of a RL conference
[11:03]  Ida Recreant: I have done that before and will be doing another session in March (on online teaching)
[11:03]  Cat Queler: as a brand new law school grad i can throw in that i'd gain alot from hearing what those in all fields have to say about their practice and the business and work of law.
[11:04]  Legal Writer: One idea that might help here: my other bar group puts on a "lunch and learn." It is a program that isn't a job fair. Instead, it is a group of midcareer speakers who talk about how they got started and advice on finding jobs and advancing careers. If that's helpful, we can use it to supplement the job fair, or have it instead of a job fair.
[11:04]  Legal Writer: It's easier to do a set of speakers, as opposed to get interested employers.
[11:04]  Legal Writer: in a job fair.
[11:04]  Cat Galileo: can we make a subcommitttee and move on to item 5? :)
[11:05]  Solomon Cortes: Alright - sounds good. Thanks everyone for your very helpful input. I'll pick up again with Ben and Zoom and those of you who have said you might be able to help, and we'll see what we can do with this.
[11:05]  Solomon Cortes: Let's do that. If anyone would like to join Ben, Zoom, Cat and me on this, please let us know.
[11:06]  Solomon Cortes: Item 5. Our financial report, and expense approval procedures. Geri - would you like to cover this?
[11:06]  Geri Kuhn: Sure
[11:06]  Geri Kuhn: Essentially we have about US$430.00
[11:07]  Geri Kuhn: Our income comes from dues and will soon come from the credential verification program
[11:07]  Geri Kuhn: Our expenses have been incidental - advertising , office furniture.
[11:07]  Geri Kuhn: I will be preparing a budget for this upcoming year.
[11:08]  Geri Kuhn: So we are in pretty good shape, at least in the black.
[11:08]  Geri Kuhn: This is it, unless anyone has any questions.
[11:09]  Jai Baxter: geri, generically, do you see that building up against some major future programmatic epxenses? or ar we just sort of reflexively hoarding :)
[11:09]  Geri Kuhn: Good question
[11:10]  Geri Kuhn: Well I think we may incur some expenses with the credential verification program if we need to make long distance calls and such.
[11:10]  Cat Galileo: for programs such as a job fair, we may want to spend more than usual on advertising
[11:10]  Jai Baxter: Usually eleemosynanry rgops sort of set a reserve, and then make sire ther rest fo their dough goes into something that advances purposes; sorry :if not being diplomatic in my phrasing D
[11:10]  Geri Kuhn: And we should also have some money to deal with emergencies such as a possible month of tier payment.
[11:10]  Lexis Looming: Yes, initially I don't think the credentialing program is designed to be a profit center
[11:10]  Jai Baxter: mm advs for major events - there's a good example. Just asking, thanks
[11:10]  Geri Kuhn: I think Jai, a reserve is a good idea.
[11:11]  Juris Amat: emergency tie payment money sound like a good idea Geri.
[11:11]  Juris Amat: *tier
[11:11]  Juris Amat: *sounds
[11:11]  Solomon Cortes: Geri - I think we were also going to propose perhaps working up some clarification around expenditure authorities, what the board can authorise, what neds to go to general meeting, and so on?
[11:11]  Legal Writer: We probably should also have a policy about how much reserves we should have and what we can use them for.
[11:11]  Solomon Cortes: *needs
[11:11]  Geri Kuhn: Will try to incorporate reserve and emergencies in budget. Yes, and that as well Solomon.
[11:11]  Juris Amat: sorry about my tardiness technical difficulties :)
[11:11]  Jamie Palisades: speakint for my own SL group, the virtue of a planned reserve amount is, once you have banked it, you know you ought to be looking for active uses of the overage :)
[11:12]  Jamie Palisades: that;'s the ele-emo - ele- um what Jai said - charity thing :D
[11:13]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks Geri. Any questions for Geri before we move on to our final agenda item?
[11:13]  Solomon Cortes: Hi Juris. Welcome.
[11:13]  Solomon Cortes: Alright - well, as we're over our usual time, let's move on.
[11:13]  Solomon Cortes: Item 6. Strategic planning.
[11:14]  Lexis Looming: In fairness we did start late due to sl technical problems
[11:14]  Solomon Cortes: Legal, as this is a longer term project, and you're driving the next stage principally, would you like to discuss briefly?
[11:14]  Legal Writer: Yes, gladly.
[11:14]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks Lexis!
[11:14]  Juris Amat: Thank you and hello everyone.
[11:15]  You decline Genealogy Research Center  on In, Info Island (175, 220, 33) from A group member named Cindy Elkhart.
[11:15]  Legal Writer: I wanted to give everyone a heads up that the Exec Board is starting a process to create a strategic plan for 2009 and forward.
[11:15]  Legal Writer: I have written a first draft of the document and shared it with the exec board this morning.
[11:16]  Legal Writer: The plan includes assumptions about the future the association faces in the next few year, as well as the mission and goals of the association.
[11:16]  Legal Writer: Those mission and goal statements have been on the forum for your review for a couple of months.
[11:16]  Legal Writer: All comments are appreciated. ;-)
[11:16]  Legal Writer: And then we are developing strategies for the next 3-5 years to meet our goals.
[11:17]  Legal Writer: I hope our exec board can approve a review draft and then I can place it on the forums for our collective review and comments.
[11:17]  Legal Writer: That's the status for now. Stay tuned! :-)
[11:18]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks Legal. This is a key initiative and I'm sure it will develop well under your direction in the coming months.
[11:18]  Legal Writer: I will remain here after the meeting to answer any questions about it. I encourage you all to participate in the planning process.
[11:18]  Legal Writer: Thanks!
[11:19]  Solomon Cortes: Thanks Legal.
[11:19]  Solomon Cortes: So, any other business?
[11:19]  Jamie Palisades: ha ha who do I send party pics from the SLBA dance we hosted at CDS?
[11:20]  Jamie Palisades: with help from Rose BTW, he says, pointing to back of room
[11:20]  Geri Kuhn: You can upload them to our web site.
[11:20]  Rose Springvale: i uploaded one i think
[11:20]  Geri Kuhn: Queen Coronet also sent me some which I'm goig to upload.
[11:20]  Solomon Cortes: I've sent some to Cat, as well.
[11:21]  Solomon Cortes: Cat - would you be able to get them up on the site? It would also be nice to link to them from in here....
[11:21]  Cat Galileo: either send them to me (make sure I have mod. privileges or i can't save them), email to me at kate@ceratops.net, or upload them to our ning site using the photos tool
[11:21]  Jamie Palisades: :) thx - and thanks again to Rose Springvale as well.
[11:22]  Jamie Palisades: (for the arrangements - great party)
[11:22]  Solomon Cortes: Alright - well, before we close, I'd like to add my thanks to Rose and everyone who organised the holiday party. I thought it was great. And thanks to everyone who came, too, and made it so much fun.
